Overview
Aspire365 is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. This is a contracted/hourly position in which services are provided to clients through telemedicine in their homes.
Aspire365’s mission is to deliver the highest quality, evidence-based care to individuals struggling with mental health and substance use disorders during a year-long program. We accomplish this by reimagining the traditional treatment model—offering an intensive, chronic-care approach that integrates a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive nutritional assessments for high-risk clients and develop individualized nutrition goals and care plans.
- Meet with clients on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on illness severity and level of clinical need.
- Assess client acuity to determine appropriate frequency of visits, intensity of interventions, and level of interdisciplinary coordination required.
- Provide therapeutic nutritional interventions for individuals with medical or mental health conditions as identified by the interdisciplinary team.
- Develop educational materials and facilitate groups focused on nutrition education, healthy meal planning, metabolic wellness, and emotional eating.
- Collaborate with psychiatry, nursing, therapy, and health coaching staff to ensure integrated, coordinated care.
- Document progress and outcomes consistent with Aspire365’s evidence-based treatment framework.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an ACEND-accredited program.
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential with active CDR registration.
- Minimum of one year of experience treating eating disorders.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
Preferred Experience
- Active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND).
- At least one year of clinical experience in a multidisciplinary or behavioral health setting.
- Experience managing psychotropic medication–related metabolic and weight changes.
- Experience using a hybrid, evidence-based approach that balances behavioral and clinical nutrition methods.
- Demonstrated success working with individuals whose mental health conditions make lifestyle and behavior change challenging, using motivational interviewing, behavioral nutrition, or other therapeutic strategies to enhance engagement and consistency.

Compensation
Contract employees are compensated with per session rates.
- Initial Assessment - $50
- Follow Up Sessions - $40
