  • Meet with clients on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on illness severity and level of clinical need.
  • Assess client acuity to determine appropriate frequency of visits, intensity of interventions, and level of interdisciplinary coordination required.
  • Provide therapeutic nutritional interventions for individuals with medical or mental health conditions as identified by the interdisciplinary team.
  • Develop educational materials and facilitate groups focused on nutrition education, healthy meal planning, metabolic wellness, and emotional eating.
  • Collaborate with psychiatry, nursing, therapy, and health coaching staff to ensure integrated, coordinated care.
  • Document progress and outcomes consistent with Aspire365’s evidence-based treatment framework.

Preferred Experience
  • Active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND).
  • At least one year of clinical experience in a multidisciplinary or behavioral health setting.
  • Experience managing psychotropic medication–related metabolic and weight changes.
  • Experience using a hybrid, evidence-based approach that balances behavioral and clinical nutrition methods.
