Chartwells School Dining Services K12 is looking for an Advanced Practice Dietitian in Fort Worth to provide evidence-based nutrition care, lead healthcare initiatives, and promote positive patient outcomes. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in nutrition, RDN status, and five years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
• Advanced Practice Certification through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) preferred.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice or willingness to obtain.

Job Summary

We’re seeking an Advanced Practice Dietitian to provide evidence‑based nutrition care, serve as a clinical leader within the healthcare team, and promote positive patient outcomes through innovation and expertise.

What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long‑term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high‑quality, consistent care.
• Contribute to and lead Quality and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence.
• Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Support the growth of clinical and departmental staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with five years of experience.
• Master’s degree in nutrition.
• Advanced Practice Certification through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR), preferred.
• Licensed Dietitian (or willingness to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
