Job summary

Morrison Healthcare in Springdale, AR, is hiring a Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in an acute care setting. You will work with a collaborative team to plan care, educate patients and families, and support clinical excellence.

The role requires an RDN or CDR eligibility, Arkansas licensure (or willingness to obtain), and a patient-centered mindset with a focus on evidence-based nutrition care.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in the practicing state or able to obtain licensure
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
• Education: provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable wellness for patients, families, staff, and the community
• Evidence-Based Practice: apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
• Quality & Performance Improvement: contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care and clinical excellence
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
• Mentorship & Professional Development: support growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training
