Morrison Healthcare at Baptist NEA Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro, AR is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in an inpatient setting. You will perform nutrition assessments and educate patients within a collaborative care team.

New graduates are welcome; RDN or CDR eligible. You will work with physicians, nurses, and dietitians to develop and implement individualized care plans that support recovery and healthy outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
• Education: guide nutrition and lifestyle strategies for patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Evidence-Based Practice: apply latest research in alignment with the diet manual and facility protocols to ensure high-quality care.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: partner with the food service management team to achieve patient satisfaction.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: support growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training.

Schedule: M-F, NO weekends, Flexible Scheduling.

Position Details: Provide comprehensive nutrition care to inpatient patients, including nutrition assessments, care planning, monitoring, and patient education. Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized nutrition interventions. This is a great opportunity for both experienced dietitians and new graduates looking to build their acute care expertise.

Salary: $65000-$70000
