Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services seeks a Nutrition/Clinical Dietitian to develop and direct evidence-based nutrition care for patients.
You will coordinate nutrition services, assist in resource management, and collaborate with pharmacists on TPN care to improve patient outcomes and safety.
This position is responsible for developing, coordinating and directing all aspects of quality, cost effective, outcome-oriented clinical nutrition care under minimum supervision. Assists in the management of PIPS' nutritional resources. Responsible for decisions and judgments affecting patients total nutrition care. Facilitates improvement in patient's nutrition status to reduce complications and lower the risk of harm to the patient. Assists the pharmacists in managing the TPN patients. Clinical monitoring of enteral patients.
