Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place for each resident.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on proper nutrition and meal planning techniques.
• Monitor and document resident intake and progress, making adjustments as necessary.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of food and nutritional products.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in dietetics, attending conferences and workshops as needed.
