Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field as required.
  • Completion of an AD/ DPD program in dietetics approved by AND.
  • Completion of an AND supervised practice program.
  • CDR Registered Dietitian certification upon hire.
  • California Fire & Life Safety card within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Plans and delivers nutritional care of patients/residents per physician orders and regulatory guidelines.
  • Works as part of the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan and administer nutrition care.
  • Contributes to patient education and participates in care planning and coordination.

Dietitian at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA. This position is Per diem and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

Plans and delivers nutritional care of patients/residents in accordance with physicians' orders and requirements of regulatory agencies. Functions as a member of the multidisciplinary health care team to assess, plan and administer nutrition care to patients with nutritional risk factors.
