Job summary

Compass Group USA seeks a Campus Dietitian (Full Time) to join the Nutrition Team at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA. This role focuses on delivering nutrition education, wellness programs, and on-site counseling to support campus diners.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Dietitian or RD eligible, with knowledge of dietary needs and food allergies, and able to train associates, develop menus, and analyze nutrients in collaboration with dining and campus partners.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian certification or RD eligible.
• Licensed by the state Dietetics Licensing Board where applicable.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and group formats.

Responsibilities

• Provides nutrition education & training support for the campus community, including sessions and counseling.
• Implements wellness programming for Chartwells Higher Education.
• Coordinates with dining management to meet dietary needs for all customers.
• Trains associates on nutrition and food allergy protocols.
• Assists with menu development and nutrient analysis.
• Leads sustainability efforts with operations and campus partners.

Job Summary

Campus Dietitian (Full Time) to join our Nutrition Team in LEWISBURG, PA.

Responsibilities:

• Provides nutrition education & training support for the campus community including tabling, lunch & learn sessions, one-on-one counseling, etc.
• Implements Chartwells Higher Education wellness programming
• Coordinates with the dining management team and culinary associates to meet dietary needs for all customers
• Provides nutrition related training including food allergen training to all associates
• Assists the management team with menu development and nutrient analysis
• Collaborates with marketing to ensure appropriate nutrition communication & messaging
• Leads Dining Services Sustainability efforts – partnering with operations and campus stakeholders to track, improve, and communicate sustainability efforts in all dining spaces
• Operational execution and oversight – hands-on work in dining spaces to serve guests, train associates, audit systems, collaborate with unit leadership, and ensure excellence in operations and culinary services
• Partner with various campus offices, departments, and organizations to ensure alignment with university goals and needs

Qualifications:

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or RD Eligible
• Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable
• Ability to present information in one-on-one as well group format
• Experience working with special diets and food allergies
• ServSafe® Manager Certification a plus
• Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft applications and nutrient analysis programs
