Job summary

Nutrire Nutrition Services in Lake Placid, FL is seeking a Registered Dietitian or Registered Diet Technician to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide one-on-one nutrition counseling to residents with diverse dietary needs in a long-term care setting.

You will perform assessments, monitor progress, develop MDS K section care plans, and collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to implement dietetic recommendations in patient care plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or related field.
• CDR accreditation.
• Licensed dietitian or DTR in FL.
• (1) years of experience in dietetics (Long-term care preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
