Job summary

Allaire Health Services in Freehold Township, NJ is seeking a full-time Dietitian to join our patient-centered team. You will perform comprehensive nutritional assessments on admission and design individualized meal plans taking medical, nutritional, age, cultural, religious, and ethical needs into account.

You will document promptly, ensure HIPAA compliance, monitor meals, and model healthy eating for patients with disordered eating.

Qualifications

• Nursing Home Dietitian experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Completes a comprehensive nutritional assessment on admission
• Prepares individualized meal plans considering medical, nutritional, age, cultural, religious and ethical needs
• Completes all required documentation promptly with HIPAA-compliant reporting
• Demonstrates accountability for proper use of patients' protected health information

Dietitian Responsibilities:

• Completes a comprehensive nutritional assessment on each patient upon admission


• Prepares individualized meal plans that consider the needs of the patient including; medical, nutritional, age, cultural, religious and ethical concerns


• Completes all required documentation and reports in a timely manner, maintaining compliance with the policies and procedures


• Demonstrates accountability for the proper use of patients protected health information


• Monitors meals and snacks, including eating/modeling normal eating with eating disordered patients

Dietitian Requirements:
