Monte Nido Eating Disorder Center of Westchester in White Plains, NY is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our clinical leadership team. This role supports adults across our day treatment program through assessment, meal oversight, and individualized nutrition care in a collaborative setting.

The RD will hold a Master’s in Nutrition, RD credential, and CPR/BLS, with a healthcare background and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field.
• At least one year of healthcare experience; psychiatric setting preferred.
• Registered Dietitian credential and CPR/BLS certification prior to starting.
• Strong computer skills and excellent communication.
• Passion for helping clients.

Responsibilities

• Full oversight of meals prepared for clients on campus, with proper documentation.
• Ensure all nutritional services meet established standards and regulations.
• Conduct nutrition assessments and monitor nutrition intake.
• Participate in Master Treatment Plan development.

Monte Nido Eating Disorder Center of Westchester, located in White Plains, NY is a primary eating disorder day treatment programexclusively for adults seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction. Through partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programming, clients participate in group and individual therapy, benefit from Monte Nido’s clinical, medical, psychiatric and nutritional expertise and experience real life challenges.

Registered Dietitian is a critical member of the leadership and clinical teams and collaborates routinely with all disciplines to achieve optimal client care. We are seeking a Registered/Licensure-Eligible Dietitian to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, dietetic interns who have completed accredited programs, and early-career nutrition professionals who are eligible to sit for the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) exam and obtain state licensure.

Nutrition programming across all of our programs originates from the same core foundations of health, freedom from eating disordered behaviors, and developmentally appropriate progression toward self-trust and internally-directed eating.With this solid foundation, our clients move through the early stages of food relationship repair to the later stages of growth and expansion into a recovered life.
