Job Summary

• The Inpatient Dietitian is responsible for providing comprehensive Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to patients across the lifespan—including infants, paediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics—in an inpatient hospital setting.
• This includes performing detailed nutrition assessments, diagnosing malnutrition using validated tools (e.g., Malnutrition Screening Tool), and implementing evidence-based interventions to optimize patient outcomes.
• Conduct complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients with varying levels of acuity.
• Identify and document malnutrition and nutritional risk in the medical record
