Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking an Oncology Dietitian to provide nutrition screening, assessments, and counseling for cancer patients. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to tailor nutrition plans during active treatment.

Qualifications include a BS in Dietetics, RD credential, Illinois license, and CSO preferred. Base pay ranges with additional incentives are offered in a full-time role at our Tinley Park location.

• BS degree in Dietetics or related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential.
• Illinois State License.
• Specialized certification in Oncology Nutrition (CSO) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement nutrition screening system for cancer patients undergoing active treatment.
• Provide individualized nutrition assessments, counseling and nutrition recommendations based on therapies.
• Monitor and evaluate interventions in clinic and follow-ups.
• Attend multidisciplinary tumor board rounds for cancer patients.
