The position also supports higher-level staff in maintaining a clean work area and adheres to sanitary standards. Key duties include delivering trays, assisting with tray prep, and communicating meal ticket details.

Formación

• One year of experience with food service or customer service OR hospital clinical dietetics.
• The position requires approximately 95% of the workday spent walking and moving throughout the facility.
• Current ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers food trays, nourishments, and snacks to patients in a timely manner.
• Assists with tray preparation during meal service hours.
• Adheres to safety, sanitation, health, and privacy standards.
• Carries items from storeroom to workstations and to storage areas.
• Communicates with patients regarding meal tickets and accuracy.
• Maintains compliance with health standards and required job training.
• Uses PPE and hand sanitation to prevent contamination.
• Maintains clean work areas and equipment.
• Aids in dirty tray removal and retrieval.
• Performs quality assurance activities, such as monitoring satisfaction surveys.
