Qualifications

• Completed a certified Dietetic Technician program.
• Possess a title of Registered DTR or a 4 year Nutrition Degree.
• Food service experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with our Interdisciplinary team.
• Perform Nutrition Screens and assess nutrition risk levels.
• Complete Nutrition Assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Provide appropriate nutrition education.
