Job summary

You will organize menus, perform data entry, produce labels and tallies, greet callers as a receptionist, and assist with food setup, delivery, and clean-up as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 to 6 months clerical or related work experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with staff and external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient/resident menus for accuracy and timely meal service.
• Enter data and maintain logs and files.
• Produce meal tickets, nourishment labels and production tallies.
• Serve as receptionist and handle interdepartmental inquiries; manage department supplies.
• Assist with setting up food service area, food preparation, serving, delivery, and area cleaning.
