Sodexo is hiring a Dietetic Clerk at MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. COMMUNITY HOSPITAL to support the nutrition team.

You will organize patient menus, create meal tickets and nourishment labels, respond to phone inquiries, and maintain supplies for the nutrition office in a fast-paced hospital setting. Ideal candidates have 1 year of hospital food service experience, are team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to a safe, healthy work environment.

• 1 year of food service experience in hospital or extended care facility.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient/resident menus to ensure diet orders and timely meal service.
• Produce meal tickets, nourishment labels and production tallies for menus.
• Respond to telephone inquiries and maintain nutrition office inventory.
• Attend shifts on time and adapt to varying schedules.
