UNC Medical Center in Chapel Hill, NC is seeking a Dietetic Assistant for trayline and patient meal delivery on a per diem basis. The role focuses on accurate, timely meal delivery, tray preparation support, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards.
Minimum experience includes 1 year in food service or hospital dietetics; Bachelor’s degree allows entry with no experience; Associate degree requires 6 months of related experience. 12 hours per week, onsite.

This position works to ensure that patients receive accurate, efficient, and satisfactory delivery of meals and other nutrition. Will be direct liaison, in regards to patient satisfaction, in the Nutrition and Food Services department. This position also assists higher-level personnel in preparing and maintaining a clean work area. Work is routinely reviewed for adherence to sanitary standards and completion of assignments.
