Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, PA is hiring Dining Associate (Continuing Care) or Server (Independent Living) to deliver exceptional dining experiences to residents.

You will greet residents, coordinate with seaters, assist with prep, stocking, serving, and cleanup, and ensure nutritious meals while maintaining cleanliness and professionalism. This role offers flexible schedules with on-site dining and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule; weekends and holidays required.
• Meet state age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents upon arrival.
• Coordinate with seaters to support servers and kitchen staff.
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal cleanup.

Location: Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Dining Associate in our Continuing Care department or a Server in our Independent Living Setting, and play a key role in delivering excellent service to our residents. You'll ensure the dining room and pantry run smoothly, supporting our goal of providing a great dining experience.

How you will make an impact

• Greet and welcome residents upon their arrival at the restaurant
• Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant by coordinating with seaters to help servers and kitchen staff work efficiently
• Assist with preparation, stocking, serving, and post-meal clean-up
• Ensure all residents receive adequate nutritional intake
• Answer phones professionally and follow up on requests
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house and kitchen
• Assist in training the wait staff

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert

• Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences

• Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy

• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently

What you will need

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a food service environment is preferred
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Flexible with schedule, available to work some weekends and holidays

• Meet the state's age requirement for serving alcohol

• Must be 18 years old.
