RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNT ABILITIES

• Food preparation and clean-up (salads, sandwiches, desserts, nourishments).
• Assembles and attends foods for tray-line service for patients and cafeteria.
• Operates dish-machine and maintains food carts.
• Operates cash register and make change as needed.
• Sweeps, mops floor and disposes of garbage.
• Delivers food and nourishments to floors.
• Other related duties as assigned.

JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and write; follow oral and written instructions.
