Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collects menus from patients.
• Visits patients for food preferences.

• Demonstrates competence in contact with pediatric and elderly groups of patients relative to determining each patient's age-related and other physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs.
• Files patient profile sheets.
• Answers phones to process calls and files as needed.
• Conducts quality control monitoring.
• Participates in test trays, temperature checks, and taste tests.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the Lead Dietitian, Manager of Food and Nutrition Services, and Clinical Dietitians
