Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Dietary Manager to oversee all functions of the dietary department, ensuring quality nutrition care and high standards of food service in a hospital or long‑term care setting in Fort Worth, Texas.

You will supervise staff, assist with ordering, storage and preparation, implement menu changes, ensure safe food handling, and maintain recipes while developing departmental procedures and serving on required committees.

Qualifications

• Certification in food safety as required by state regulations.
• Two to three years of supervisory experience in hospital or long-term care facility dietary department desirable.

Qualifications

• Certification in food safety as required by state regulations. Graduate of dietary manager training program approved by the Dietary Manager's Association and/or State Health Department preferred
• Two to three years of supervisory experience in hospital or long-term care facility dietary department desirable.
