Job summary

Integrated Support Solutions Inc. is seeking a Food & Nutrition Services Culinary Lead in the Dahlonega area to oversee hospital cafe, catering, and lounge operations. You will manage culinary production, ensuring high-end menu items and presentation for daily service and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years as a food services culinary professional.
• Strong supervisory, leadership and coaching skills.

Requirements

The position entails overseeing the food services production in a healthcare setting with high-level menu items.

The individual will be responsible for all culinary aspects (flavor, texture, color, temperature, presentation) of food service activities (daily service and special events) within the cafe, caterings, and lounge.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years as a food services culinary professional
• Passionate about quality food, presentation, and service
• Demonstrable history of fun event planning and execution
• Strong supervisory, leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

• Experience in similar position in a healthcare setting preferred but not required
• Have a willingness to learn
• Have a valid Food Handler's Card
• Must have flexible availability including weekends and holidays
