Masonic Homes Kentucky in Louisville, KY is seeking a compassionate Dietary Aide to help prepare and serve meals to residents in a senior living community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous food service or dietary aide experience is a plus, but not required.
• Successful completion of prescreening hiring requirements.
• Ability to lift/move 25 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Attention to detail and strong hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals to residents in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with food preparation, plating, the tray line system (food service assembly line) and timely meal delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and food prep areas.
• Operate commercial dishwasher and cleaning equipment.
• Unpack and organize food deliveries and supplies.
• Occasionally assist with deep cleaning of kitchen equipment (e.g., ovens, grills).
