Masonic Homes Kentucky in Louisville, KY is seeking a Dietary Aide to join our team at Sam Swope Care Center. The role supports resident meals, complies with safety standards, and helps provide nutritious daily service in a warm senior living setting.

Flexible shifts available (days, afternoons, weekends) with opportunities for growth. Prior food service experience is a plus; you must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and pass prescreening requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous food service or dietary aide experience is a plus, but not required.
• Successful completion of prescreening hiring requirements.
• Ability to lift/move 25 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Attention to detail and strong hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals to residents in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with food preparation, plating, the tray line system and timely meal delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and food prep areas.
• Operate commercial dishwasher and cleaning equipment.
• Unpack and organize food deliveries and supplies.
• Occasionally assist with deep cleaning of kitchen equipment.
