Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise daily dietary staff duties.
• Ensure food is prepared and served according to menus and clinical diets.
• Read recipes and adjust ingredient quantities as needed.
• Maintain HACCP guidelines and food safety procedures.
• Record temperatures and label refrigerated/frozen items accurately.
• Operate food prep equipment and clean as required.
• Stock departments with food and supplies and monitor inventories.
• Assist in ordering food and supplies and enforce safety policies.
