Job summary

Willapa Harbor Hospital seeks a Dietetic Manager to plan, direct, and supervise all dietary and related food services functions, including menu planning based on Dietitian recommendations. Responsible for storage, preparation, and sanitation per standards.

The role oversees budgeting, inventory, quality assurance, and coordination with nursing and clinical staff. Requires a BS in Food Services or CDA and healthcare dietary leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Food Services or equivalent required.
• Two or more years’ experience as dietary manager or similar in a health care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises all dietary service functions and personnel.
• Plans, directs, and monitors department budget and capital equipment requests.
• Develops and implements department quality control and QA programs.
• Ensures compliance with physicians’ orders and dietary restrictions.
