Experience overseeing the National School Lunch Program is highly preferred.
Must complete new hire requirements like State of Alaska Background Check and Drug Testing.
Responsibilities
Manage operations of the Dietary Department according to policies.
Oversee daily food preparation and special diets.
Order food supplies and maintain records.
Coordinate food preparations for special functions.
Consult with Dietitians for compliance with licensure.
