Qualifications

• > 1 year dietary department experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the CDM with opening, mid-shift, and closing flow charts
• Train Dietary Aides on proper use of logs
• Maintain beverage temperature and logs
• Monitor diet orders, texture modifications, and diet tickets
• Address resident dining requests professionally and ensure corrections are followed up
• Attend department meetings and communicate issues to CDM or Administrator
