• Experience at a Skilled Nursing Facility in the Dietary Services department.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Dietary Services Supervisor in daily operations following state and federal regulations.
• Attend meetings and care conferences; assist with MDS as needed.
• Collaborate with staff to provide nutritional care to residents.
• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct dietary programs and activities.
• Ensure food is palatable, served at proper temperatures, and meets residents’ dietary needs.
• Maintain accurate records and tray tickets; post menus at least one week in advance.
