Americare Senior Living is seeking a dependable Dietary Services Aide to support meal preparation, service, and sanitation in our skilled nursing community. This role ensures residents, families, visitors, and staff receive accurate, timely meal service in a clean, welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and co-workers.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions safely and efficiently.
• Commitment to maintaining resident confidentiality and professionalism.
• Adherence to HIPAA and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Attend and serve food during in-service or staff meetings as requested
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, maintaining sanitary conditions
• Set and clear tables before and after meals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining area
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control practices
• Adhere to Americare’s Mission, Vision, Hometown Hospitality™, and F.A.M.I.L.Y. values
• Support the dietary team with additional duties as assigned
