Job summary

Woodside Senior Communities seeks individuals to assist in meal preparation, service, and cleanup for residents. Duties include sanitizing areas, assembling trays, and delivering carts to dining rooms. Prior food service experience or coursework related to dietary needs is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and organize work effectively.
• Experience in food service or coursework related to dietary needs and sanitation is preferred.
• Knowledge of dietary needs, food safety, and sanitation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves meals according to menus and prescribed diets.
• Transports dietary carts to unit dining rooms.
• Sets up dining rooms and cleans up after meals.
• Prepares snacks for stocking fridges in nursing stations.
• Operates the dishwasher and garbage disposal.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas.
• Monitors supplies and restocks as needed.
• Supports Woodside Senior Communities' mission, values, and resident privacy.
