Dietary Server

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Dietary Server to join our team at Harmony Gardens of Columbus in Columbus, OH. As a Dietary Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of quality care and satisfaction for our residents.

About the Role:

Dietary Server will be responsible for serving meals and snacks to residents in a timely and efficient manner. They will be responsible for ensuring that all meals and snacks are served in a clean and sanitary environment, while providing a high level of customer service to our residents and their families. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities:

• Serve meals and snacks to residents in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure that all meals and snacks are served in a clean and sanitary environment
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families
• Maintain a clean and organized food service area
• Lift up to 25 pounds regularly
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing food service equipment and utensils
• Maintain accurate records of food service operations
• Collaborate with dietary staff to ensure menu accuracy and quality

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in food service or a related field
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and ability to follow recipes and menu plans
• Food Handler's Certification or willingness to obtain
