The Waters of Shelbyville is seeking a dedicated Full Time Dietary Manager to join our TEAM!!! You will assist the Dietitian in planning, organizing, developing and directing the Nutrition Department to provide high-quality meals and nutrition services in a safe, sanitary facility.

You will coordinate dietary services with nursing, housekeeping and social services, help develop policies and care plans, and ensure assessments and plans meet federal, state and local standards.

Qualificações

• Experience in managing dietary services in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to work with Nursing, Housekeeping and Social Services to coordinate care.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards governing dietary operations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate dietary services with other departments to ensure quality care.
• Assist in developing dietary policies, procedures, and equipment needs.
• Assist in assessing residents' dietary needs and plan care accordingly.
• Develop written dietary plans identifying problems and goals for residents.
• Schedule care plans and assessments for committee review.
