DIETARY MANAGER POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a skilled Certified Dietary Manager to become a part of our facility’s compassionate care-giving team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of foodservice department, according to facility policy and procedures and federal/ state regulations. Provides leadership and guidance to ensure that food quality, safety standards, and client expectations are satisfactorily met. Maintains records of department personnel, income and expenditures, food, supplies, inventory levels, and equipment. We’re looking for a highly competent and well-organized professional who values safety, security and patient wellness above all else. We focus on providing the best care possible while ensuring patient satisfaction in every interaction. The Certified Dietary Manager is responsible for making sure those values are reflected in his or her staff at all times.

DIETARY MANAGER EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or relevant qualification.
DIETARY MANAGER CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess a current and active certification by the Associate of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals.
