DIETARY MANAGER POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Certified Dietary Manager to join our compassionate care team. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the foodservice department, ensuring compliance with facility policies, procedures, and federal/state regulations. They will provide leadership to maintain food quality, safety standards, and meet client expectations. Responsibilities include maintaining records of personnel, income, expenditures, food, supplies, inventory, and equipment. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Graduate of Dietary Manager’s Program (2-year or 4-year food service program)
• Successful completion of Certified Dietary Manager exam

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES

Must hold a current certification from the Association of Nutrition and Food Service Professionals.
