Job summary

Live Well Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to oversee the daily operations of the food-service department in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will provide leadership to ensure food quality, safety, and client satisfaction while managing records, personnel, income, expenditures, and inventory.

Responsibilities include recruiting and supervising staff, menu planning, HACCP-based food safety, and coordinating with RDs and facility staff to meet dietary needs and regulatory

Qualifications

• Graduate of Dietary Manager’s Course with required certifications.
• Certified Dietary Manager exam completed.
• Two years’ experience in food-service management, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise dietary staff to ensure coverage and performance.
• Develop staff schedules and manage budgets for cost control.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Plan menus, accommodate client preferences and therapeutic diets.
• Support RD with nutrition plans and diet orders.
• Maintain records of department finances and inventory.
• Coordinate with facility staff and vendors.
