Experience and Skills
  1. Manage the overall day-to-day operations, including hiring and supervising staff, overseeing meal preparation, and maintaining the dietary department budget. Experience preferred.
  2. Responsible for oversight and management of safely handling and preparing appetizing and palatable food.
  3. Responsible for oversight and management of care and cleaning of food service equipment.
  4. Follow menus, recipes, and meal schedules.
  5. Ensure the delivery of quality meals and customer service for a positive dining experience.
  6. Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing long-term care.
