Prairie St. John's, a 132-bed psychiatric care facility located in Fargo, North Dakota, has been providing services for children, adolescents, and adults to address behavioral health and substance use challenges since 1997. Prairie offers inpatient hospitalization, day treatment, residential treatment, and intensive outpatient services. Qualifications

Dietary Manager Job Requirements:

• 5 years of food service experience; 2 years of managerial experience
• Strong customer service skills
• The Manager must be well versed in Department of Health, Food Safety, and Joint Commission requirements.
• Computer skills include Microsoft Office Products, including E-mail, Word, and Excel.
• Must possess strong leadership, mentoring skills, the ability to problem solve and think critically in quickly changing circumstances.
• Must be able to multi-task and communicate in a professional manner in both verbal and written format.
