Qualifications

Simply put, as the Dietary Manager, you will guide your kitchen team and ensure that quality, nutritional meals are provided daily, while maintaining a clean and safe environment. In this position, you may be responsible for a small amount of cooking. You will work to ensure you have a strong team working in the correct positions for a smoothly run kitchen. In addition, you will have responsibility for the ordering of inventory, managing the budget and ensuring menu compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM); in a CDM program; or a Registered Dietician (RD).
• 1+ years’ working experience as a Food and Nutrition Manager or Dietitian in a Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, Retirement facility or other type of healthcare facility is preferred
