Job summary

The Springs of Rochester Hills and Nursing Center seeks a dedicated Dietary Manager to lead the dietary team at our skilled-nursing facility. This full-time role focuses on accurate, timely meal delivery and exceptional resident service.

Ideal candidates have supervisor experience in food service, prefer long-term care, and are either CDM certified or enrolled in a CDM program with a plan to obtain certification within 12 months.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in kitchen or dietary services.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• CDM or current enrollment in a CDM program; willingness to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dietary team at a skilled-nursing facility.
• Ensure resident meals are accurate and delivered on time.
