Rennes Marinette is seeking a Dietary Manager to lead all kitchen personnel and work with the Administrator, nursing staff and Dietitian to ensure that residents receive nourishing meals.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD) or hold CDM certification or an Associated Degree as a Dietetic Technician.
• Must have or be able to obtain Serv Safe certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage all kitchen personnel and collaborate with the Administrator, nursing staff and Dietitian to ensure nourishing meals for residents.
• Oversee food preparation, safety, line planning and dietary compliance to support resident well-being.

The Dietary Manager shall be responsible for managing all kitchen personnel and working in cooperation with the Administrator, nursing staff and Dietitian to ensure that residents receive nourishing meals.

Qualifications Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must meet a minimum of one of the following requirements:
  • Is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist;
  • Hold and maintains, or has the ability to acquire a CDM certification
  • Holds an Associates Degree as a Dietetic Technician from a program approved by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
  • Must have or able to obtain Serv Safe certification
