Role Responsibilities

• Oversee standards and procedures for food preparation, menu development, service, sanitation, infection control, and safety.
• Ensure quality of menu, food, and service; manage inventory and ordering.
• Maintain compliance with health department, TJC, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, favorable MVR, and proof of insurance if using personal vehicle.
• Food Safety/Sanitation certification preferred.
• Previous management experience in food service or healthcare setting preferred.
