A leading healthcare service provider is seeking a Dietary Manager at the Cass Lake Service Unit. The ideal candidate will oversee dietary operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. This role is crucial for maintaining nutritional quality in a hospital setting, requiring certifications and experience in dietary management.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and schedule dietary staff
Maintain dietary service policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with HACCP protocols and FDA Food Code 2022
Coordinate with healthcare providers to implement physician-ordered diets
Maintain inventory, ordering, and food safety documentation
Conduct training, onboarding, and staff performance evaluations
Plan and post 3-week rotating menus in coordination with the Registered Dietitian
Qualifications:
ServSafe certification required
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital or healthcare dietary program
Valid Food Handler’s Permit
