Job summary

Recover-Care is seeking a dedicated Dietary Supervisor to manage the overall functions of the dietary department, ensuring quality food service and nutritional care in our facility.

Responsibilities include assisting with ordering, storage, preparation, policy implementation, staff supervision, and participating in meetings; benefits include comprehensive health, dental, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Certification in food safety as required by state regulations.
• Graduate of dietary manager training program approved by the Dietary Manager’s Association and/or State Health Department preferred.
• Two to three years of supervisory experience in hospital or long-term care facility dietary department desirable.

• Assist in developing and updating departmental procedures and policies.
• Work dietary staff job routines when assigned or needed.
• Perform miscellaneous work assignments as required.
