Description:
Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a Lead Dietary Aide to join our Food & Nutrition team.
Schedule: Full Time
Shift: Various (Days, Evenings, Rotating)
The primary responsibility of our Lead Dietary Aide is to provide personalized meal service to hospital patients.
Lead Dietary Aide Responsibilities
- Assist patients with meal selection, serve meals, and clear trays.
- Stock nursing unit pantries and manage meal carts.
- Serve cafeteria customers courteously.
- Stock cafeteria areas and maintain sanitation.
- Support other cafeteria and patient service staff.
- Maintain records of food and refrigeration temperatures.
- Collaborate with management to ensure smooth operations and quality control.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Customer service oriented and effective communicator.
- Ability to work independently and interact with staff.
- At least 2-3 years of Dietary Aide experience.
