Description:
Saint Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health, Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a Lead Dietary Aide to join our Food & Nutrition team.

Schedule: Full Time
Shift: Various (Days, Evenings, Rotating)

The primary responsibility of our Lead Dietary Aide is to provide personalized meal service to hospital patients.
Lead Dietary Aide Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with meal selection, serve meals, and clear trays.
  • Stock nursing unit pantries and manage meal carts.
  • Serve cafeteria customers courteously.
  • Stock cafeteria areas and maintain sanitation.
  • Support other cafeteria and patient service staff.
  • Maintain records of food and refrigeration temperatures.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure smooth operations and quality control.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Customer service oriented and effective communicator.
  • Ability to work independently and interact with staff.
  • At least 2-3 years of Dietary Aide experience.
