• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Two to three years of applicable dietary/food service experience.
• Experience supervising dietary aides is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and maintain a high level of resident and guest engagement.
• Oversee meal distribution by diet orders; ensure quality, quantity, and temperature.
• Assign tasks to dietary aides and provide direction.
• Deliver ongoing performance feedback.
• Orient new team members on procedures and teach equipment use.
• Initiate menu counts for normal and special diets; produce weekly tallies.
• Manage inventory, par levels, and supplies.
• Record daily logs and temperature readings; audit stored foods.
• Ensure dining rooms, kitchens, and workstations are clean and safe.
