Job summary

Arcadia Care in Alabama is seeking a Dietary/Kitchen Aide to support all food functions under established policies. You will help review, prepare and serve meals according to planned menus and special diets, while maintaining sanitary kitchen standards.

You'll assist with cleaning, snack delivery, and meal prep cleanup, ensuring a safe, pleasant dining environment for residents. Kitchen experience is preferred and a cheerful, patient approach is valued.

Qualifications

• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition & enthusiasm when interacting with residents.
• Kitchen experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare & serve meals in accordance with planned menus with standardized recipes & special diet orders.
• Ensure that the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
• Prepare & deliver snacks, etc., as instructed.
• Assist in preparation, cooking and clean-up of meals and prep areas.
