Job summary

Sunnyvale Post Acute Center is seeking a Dietary Director for a full-time role in Sunnyvale, CA. The position offers a salary of $80,000–$95,000 annually plus full health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

You will lead the dietary department, coordinate with the RD on nutrition care plans, ensure CDPH and CMS compliance, and manage budgets and inventory. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of dietary leadership experience in LTC or post-acute settings and a state-approved

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved dietary manager's course.
• CDM/CFPP credentials preferred.
• 1–2 years dietary leadership experience in LTC, skilled nursing, or post-acute facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the food services and dietary department.
• Collaborate with the RD to review and track nutrition plans and progress notes.
• Ensure compliance with CDPH regulations, CMS standards, and facility policies.
• Oversee budgets, purchasing, and kitchen inventory.
