Cottonwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Durango, CO is seeking a Dietary Director to lead the dining program for residents. You will oversee daily operations, plan nutritious menus, ensure food safety and regulatory compliance, and manage staff and budgets to deliver high-quality dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous dietary leadership experience preferred.
